What were your first impressions of each other?

Remus: James and Sirius appeared to be troublemakers. Still do, as a matter of fact.

James: Moony was really quiet. Still is, but we're working on that.

Sirius: Prongs was me. Only with glasses and impossible hair. *smirks*

James: And Padfoot was me, only with no trace of sanity whatsoever.

Lily: And I thought they were all mad. Remus was nice enough, but James was insufferable, with Sirius being just as awful.

Sirius, about your mother's portrait. How come you didn't just take a blowtorch to it or something?

Sirius: Before then, I would have been flayed alive if I'd done anything to it. Like my mum would have let me get away with burning her portrait. She hated me as it was.

Sirius: But we haven't! Hey Prongs, what's yours?

James: What's yours?

Sirius: Haven't got one.

James: That's no fun. How about 'Lee'? Then you could be Sirius Lee Black! *snickers*

Sirius: That was original... *rolls eyes* Then I'm giving you the middle name of.... Andrea!

James: That's just cruel and unusual. And that's a girl's name.

Sirius: Not if you're from the Mediterannean.

James: Which I'm not. :P

Remus: It's pronounced like "Andre", only with an "a" on the end, and it's Greek.

James: Thanks Professor. :P

Lily: I always liked the name Adina. *shrugs*

Remus: At least his hair gets washed when that happens.

Sirius: I didn't actually say Snape.

Remus: Prongs, you need to learn the subtle art of sarcasm.

James: Well then teach me, oh great master. *makes a deep sweeping bow*

James: I trust Padfoot more than anyone on the planet. Besides, he and Lily get along about as well as we did before she finally agreed to date me.

Lily: Must have hit my head that day. *grins*

Sirius: Lils is pretty and all, but really, I know better than to go after my best friend's girl. I don't need to hold the record for longest stay in the hospital wing, thanks.

Remus: After all, Padfoot isn't THAT much of an idiot.

Sirius: Thanks, Moony. *grins*

Lily: Well...

James: Well?

Lily: If i had to pick between the remaining three, I guess I'd say Remus.

Sirius: What about me? Aren't I handsome, charming, and all that good stuff?

Lily: Yes, but you're impossible to handle. Remus has some sense, and doesn't need to be trained.

Remus: *blush* Thanks, Lily...I think...

Sirius: But Prongs is just as impossible as me!

James: Thanks, I think...

Lily: Yeah, but he's trainable. No one could tame you.

Sirius: *grins proudly*

Lily: You would be proud of that. *rolls eyes*

Sirius: April 30. Not quite the April Fool, am I? :P

Remus: My birthday's March 10. And sure, you can have a hug.

James: Glad to see my son's carrying on for me. *grins*

Sirius: From what we've heard, those twins are pretty close to what we were. ;) Nice to know that we've got fans, too.

Lily: Hermione reminds me a little of Remus. She tries to talk sense into Harry and Ron, but usually fails miserably. *smiles* Sorry Remus, but it's true.

Remus: I know it's true, Lily. As far as the pranking goes, definitely Fred and George, but include Hermione as the ignored voice of reason.
